Unable to open Enterprise Global Template- help

Raven

I am a not-very-technical PM who has been tasked with
implementing Project Pro 2002 and Project Server 2002.
I've managed to fumble my way along, but am now having
trouble with opening the Enterprise Global Template. I
have enterprise options enabled on server, and have
administrator permissions, but when I follow the steps
for opening in help (and my books), I find that the
enterprise global option is greyed out in the menu. Is
there another setting I should check? I *thought* I had
the option to edit earlier, but it could have been a
dream.. I am trying to access via Tools==> Enterprise
Options==> Open enterprise Global - but it's greyed out.

Thanks in advance to those with words of wisdom to offer -

Found the answer in an earlier post:

Before you can use the enterprise features of Microsoft
Project 2002 and
Project Server, you must create an account and log into
the Project Server.
To create an account, do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Features - Microsoft Project
Server Accounts...
3. In the dialog box, click the Add... button
4. Create a valid account and click the Test Connection
button
5. Click the "Set as default account" option and click OK
6. Click the "Manually control connection state" option
and then click OK
7. Close Microsoft Project 2002
8. Reopen Microsoft Project 2002 and then click the
Connect button

Now you will be able to use the enterprise features of
the software. Hope
this helps.
