"Unable to open folder. Cannot open the mailbox for this user " Error

can anyone help with this please.

The server is running Exchange 5.5 , the client is Outlook 2000

When a user is trying to access a shared calendar , she gets the message :-

"Unable to open

folder. Cannot open the mailbox for this user because the user does not

have a server mailbox"

The permissions are set correctly.
