Unable to open in Datasheet View, SharePoint Services

When I open a list in SharePoint, I cannot open it in Datasheet View. I
recieve the following error message:

The list cannot be displayed in Datasheet view for one or more of teh
following reasons:
- A datasheet component compatable with Windows SharePoint Services is not
installed.
- Your Web browser does not support ActiveX controls.
- Support for ActiveX controls is disabled.

---End Error Message---

I have Office 2003 and the Office 2003 Web Components installed. I have
enabled anything in the Internet Options that says ActiveX or reduced it to
the lowest possible security setting.

I have the same problem - I have read that only Office 2003 Professiona
will work for this. I have the Office 2003 standard version. Doe
anyone know if this is the case? I also read installing Frontpage 200
should allow this to work as well - problem is, I don't have anymor
licenses of either to try this out on
