Unable to open MS Project server 2007 with Admin Account !!

Hi,
I'm working in Project server 2007, when i trying to open the Ms Project
server 2007 profile is 'Admin', unable to open it. showing "Project Server
could not be contacted....check your network, check your url,etc.."
URL,Account... everythings are right..
But i can able to connect through PWA with admin account (Windows user
account) is default.

Solutions Plz..
