Unable to open other users mailbox

Hi - running Outlook 2003 and have been able to access other users mailboxes
and sub folders without issue for a while. Suddenly, 2 users with laptops
are unable to access one other mailbox. The 2 users can open as many
mailboxes as they wish except our 'info' mailbox. On a users profile on a
home PC, they dont have an issue and can open the mailbox. Profiles have
been deleted and recreated. A registry clean and complete uninstall and
reinstallation of office products have proven unsucessful. Other users on the
network can see the 'info' mailbox. Access rights are sufficient to the
folder. Help would be much appreciated.
