Unable to Open Outlook 2002

Windows XP MCE Sp2, Microsoft Outlook XP, SP3. This is my first time
to use Outlook and when I try to open Outlook I get the following
message: Unable to open you default email folders. Could not open the
item. Try again. When I click to try again I get the next message:
Would you like to open your default File System instead? I click yes
and get the next message: Runtime Error
Program: C:\Program~1\micros~3\office 10\outlook.exe
Could someone please tell me where to look for the default email
folders?
