Unable to open outlook 2003

I will be using Outlook w/o problems, then I close it. When I try to get
back in it won't open. I don't get any error messages. It just sits there
and doesn't do anything. In order to reinstate it, I have to restart the
computer. This is a hassle. What can I do?

Outlook isn't closing properly. That's usually because of an add-in of
