Unable to open Outlook window

All of a sudden when I tried to load Outlook 2007 with BCM I started getting
the message .."unable to open Outlook window"..

Does anyone know what the problem might be or have a possible solution ?

I have re-installed Office 2007 and Outlook with BCM but still get the same
problem. Word and Excel work just fine.

Posted here about 50 times in the last couple of weeks. Start Outlook once
with the /resetnavpane command switch.
