Unable to open personal folder winXP

I have recently moved to client location and when I try to use my outlook. I
get a message similar to below one:
I always get unable to open personal folder. Profile not created on server.

Please advice, what is the problem and how can I resolve?

Were you using Exchange in the old location and are you using it in the new?
Same Exchange server?
