Greetings all,
I have Outlook XP on my computer running Win 2K. I have a PST file and it
gets my mail fine but when I try to open the Personal Folder I get the
following message:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
Does anyone know how I might fix this issue. It is not affecting anything
it is just annoying.
Also when I try to do an Import from file and I walk through the wizard when
it gets to select a location such as Calendar, Contacts etc... There is
nothing in the box to choose from and I am not sure why that is happening as
well. Just learning the details of Outlook and these are items I am trying
to address
