unable to open url from MS document

I can not open URL destination from MS document on MS Word application, it
said unable to open http://....., or can not locate internet server or proxy
server. Is there a solution?

The problem is not with Word. Check that the URL is correct and complete. Are
there any access issues with the server you are trying to connect to? You can
try adding the url as an exception in the Internet options Lan settings.

Failing that, check with your local IT department.
