Unable to open visio 2002 files in Visio 2003

I just updated our companies version of Visio from 2002 to 2003. There are a
lot of files created using the 2002 version.
When I attempt to open any of these files I get the following message - '
The organization chart shapes in this drawing must be converted to work
properly in the currect version of Microsoft Visio.' Do you want to upgrade
now? yes/no?
Yes - Creates new drawing but not all details have imported into it.
No - Does nothing & even though I make changes & update it, it still gives
me the message when opening the files.

Not all of the text in the boxes,
Obviously there are lists of people in various depts. These are not coming
through....
I have downloaded & installed Office converter pack & office resource kit,
this has made no difference.

Do I need to upgrade the The organization chart shapes? If so how?

Huey

If it is not a big proprietory issue, can you send a copy of one of the 2002
files to (e-mail address removed)?

I'm testing the beta version of Visio 2007 and if there is an issue with the
Orgchart convertor, it would be useful to get it fixed before Visio 2007 is
released. Hopefully I will be able to give you a suggestion on how to get
you around the problem without using the word "retype". Consider this a
freebie.
