Unable to Open web site

Hi, I'm new to Frontpage. My ISP is Comcast. I have been able to publish
small test web sites for two of my accounts (Comcast allows up to 6
accounts). I have not been able to open the web site for my main account.
I am getting an error dialog. The title bar says "Microsoft Office
Frontpage" so I have to assume the message was generated by the FrontPage
2003 program. The message is long but starts out with "Unable to open <my
web site URL>". It then lists 4 possible causes (extensions not enabled,
server temporarily out if service, proxy settings, error on the server).
None of these seem to apply since I have eliminated each of them by
demonstrating successful connect to the two other accounts and I have
carefully checked that all the accounts are configured the same. The only
difference I can see is that my user name for this main account has a dot in
it. <firtsname.lastname>. Comcast tells me it should not make a
difference.

Does anyone have any ideas?
