Unable to Open webs and files

I have been using frontpage for ten years and this is the first I have had
this problem:
I am not able to open and of my webs or files.
When I select webs, it is forever loading and never open.
When I select files, the file never opens or appear.

SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.
