After trying to open an attachmenttype "mxp" I have been
unable to open the Word program, unable to send new email
in OUtlook or open any existing Word documen. I get an
error message "Word for Windows has encountered a problem
and will close now. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
Radio buttons at the buttom says SEND REPORT and DONT
SEND REPORT. I click on SEND REPORT everytime.
I inserted my Office CD and clicked on Repair -- No
change. I tried reinstalling Word -- no Change.
Can anybody help? I am not a power user. Thank you.
