I have read through and found a few different item in the
KB about this such as renameing some possibly corupt
files but this does not seem to work. My problem is that
I receive an email that has either a Word or Excel or
both documents in the the email and I am unable to open
them or to save them to the HDD. I can however right
click and 'copy' only then open word or excel and paste
it into the the respective progrma and then double click
it to open,this works fine.
Any help would be GREAT! Thanks.
