Unable to open your default e-mail folder

I am using Outlook Express and now try to use Outlook. But when I try to
open Outlook it give me the following message:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open the item. Try
again. "

Could any one give me some advise. I have install Outlook 2002 SP3
installed.

I'd try creating a new mail profile.
