unable to open your default e-mail folders

I have a windows 2000 active directory domain with 2000 exchange. We
have another domain. It is in a NT 4.0 domain. When we upgraded to
windows 2000 domain...the nt 4.0 users for e-mail could access them
fine...When I add new users to the nt 4.0 domain they can access owa
e-mail but not outlook client.

Any ideas
