Unable to open Your default e-mail folders

I installed Microsoft Office 2003 on my wireless computer which is one of two
pcs on my network, I have DSL through Verizon my ISP proveder is AOL. when
ever I try to open my, Microsoft Office Outlook I get a prompt to sign on
with a user name and a password. I have tryed all user names and passwords I
have used in the past but nothing works. I also get the following message.

Unable to Open Your default e-mail folders. The file C:\Documents and
settings\ HP _ Adminstration\ Local Settings\Applications
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is not an offline folder file.

At first I thought it was because I was trying to open Outlook off line, But
I get the same result when I am on line.

If any one has a solution to this problem, Please Help.

When you set up your account on this machine, did you "test account settings?" What errors (exact message please) did you receive? If you received no errors, have you tried a new mail profile?
