Unable to open your default email folder. You do not have permission to log on.

I just setup a new XP PC. All is working fine with the
exception of Outlook. I'm using Exchange 5.5. When I open
outlook I get this message: Unable to open your default
email folder. You do not have permission to log on. I have
joined the PC to our company domain but I still ge the
message. Please help, I have been working on this all
week.
