We are running XP workstations with Office XP. After we print from a Word
doc., then try to print from an Excel doc, the Excel doc does not print. It
doesn't even show in the queue. No error messages, nothing in event logs. We
can get it to print if we change the printer we are printing to, then change
back. This is happening only on a few workstations, and on different
printers.
