unable to print header messages in outlook

- when i print any message from outlook express 5, while the text is printed
entirely, the header containing the “From, To, Sent, and Subjectâ€
information does not appear; instead, I get a small square with an “Xâ€
inside. Can you please advise how to fix that problem? Thank you
