hi all, thanks for ur help in advance...
we have MS server 2003 enterprise edition... MS office 2003 professional
edition
the problem:
created queries, unable to create reports... turned out that i should intall
a printer on the local drive, was installing Samsung and i got the following:
setup cannot install this printer bla bla bla cause u have to go terminal
services configuration and then go to server settings then permissions
compatibility then set the compatibility to " permissions compatible with
terminal server 4.0 users"
i went to change it from administarttive tools, it said:
u have to set terminal services to application server mode.
checked how to do that, turned out I have to install windows components or
change the configuration of the terminal services....
is there any easier way please??
