Unable to print some e-mail messages from outlook 2003

On a recent upgrade of a win 98 machine to xpro along with
an upgrade from office 2000 to office 2003 I am finding
that the print icon is dim on some messages and will not
print, or the print icon is not dim but will not print
either. Seem strange to me. Any Ideas. The print
program works well with all other 2003 products. I have
re-installed to no avail. The configurations on other
office units are the same and they print fine.

Is there a newer printer driver available from the manufacturer? Outlook is
very hard on printers.
