Unable to print with header in Outlook 2003

Hello.
I have a problem printing my email in Outlook 2003. Usually, when i receive
mail,
i just double click it and print so that the name of the sender would appear
on top. but now, i have to click forward or reply button before i can print.
even the print icon and print preview is not working. Do i have a sofware
problem?
