Unable to print

I have a Cannon C6800 Image Runner copier/printer. Its on the network. Every
time I try to print MS Word 2003 is trying to use the wrong paper. In Word
2003 I have it set for letter. How can I set the defaults for Word?

Open Printers and Faxes, right-click on the printer and select Properties:
there should be a button for Printing Preferences, select it and then change
the default paper size to Letter.
