Unable to print

[K-Line]

I am tryign to print out an excel spreadsheet but everytime i do its automatically deleted from the print queue and isnt printed, even after reinstalling it still doesnt work. For some reason it seems to make a spool file instead of printing even though i can print from all of my other applications. A few machines in my company have also got the same problem in different branches.

I have all the lastest updates installed
