Unable to Publish Form? Deselect Cached Mode

Apparently, some Unable to Publish Form.. MAPI errors are corrected by NOT
running in Cached Mode.

Tools > Options > Mail Setup > Email Accounts > Next > Change > deselect
"Use Cached Exchange Mode"

Annoying, but true.
