Unable to publish website to server - read only error

I'm not able to publish the file to the host server using Publisher 2003. I
keep getting the message that the folder is marked 'read only'. Any advice?

Are you sure you are publishing to the correct folder? Most web hosts
have a folder such as public_html, httpdocs or similar that you need to
upload files to. It sounds like you may be trying to upload to what
amounts to the root directory of your site.

When in doubt, send an e-mail message to the Help Desk of your host.
