unable to read the mail content in HTML format

Hau

I'm using Outlook to send the e-mail and the default format is HTML, but my
friend he can't read my mail content, he only can see the subject header and
the content was empty; is no problem for him to read my content if I use
plain text to write the e-mail. He's using Lotus Notes v6. Any setting that I
have to reset before he can read my mail content.

I don't know Lotus notes but have him check if he has a setting to read all
mail as plain text.

Yes, I had ask him to check his Lotus setting and the default setting can
support HTML & plain text format; so I don't know the problem is came from my
outlook setting or his Lotus. Any advise?
