Unable to Receive Attachments From Particular Sender

I am unable to receive attachments from a particular
sender. I can receive his messages, but his attachments
do not come through.

Attachments are basic zip formats, Word, or Excel. I can
receive these types of documents from others, just not
him.

And if I go into Outlook Express I can receive his
messages, but not in Outlook 2002.

Any suggestions??
