Unable to receive message from Netscape Sender

I cannot receive message in Outlook 2002 from a person that uses
"Netscape.Net" email address.

I have turned off "Junk Mail". I do use Norton AntiSpam, but person is
listed in my "Allow List".

Any suggestions??
