unable to receive or send email messages

i need to know how to receive and send my email messages
thru outlook.I was up until today receiving
messages,however now I can not received messages and I
have never been able to send messages. Will there be a fee
for me to find some online help? I need to be able to
access my email by tomorrow,I need to correspond with
others that are on the other side of the pacific by
tomorrow. Please help me someone.If you know of a free 800
number please share. thank you all in advance fjor your
assistance.

Do you get any errors, what version of Outlook is it you can find this
information from the Help > About menu. Have you checked all the account
details with your ISP.
