Unable to register Office 2004 for Mac online - who has correct li

I have a new Office 2004 for Mac version (for students & teachers) but the
installation assistant link that is supposed to route me to the online
product registration page on microsoft.com only takes me to the mactopia home
page, where after hours of searching I have still not found the page that
enables me to register my new Office suite.

Can anyone help?

Interestingly, I have already tried to file a support request with
microsoft.com direct, but that does not go through as it keeps telling me
that my Product ID is incorrect, which it certainly is not.

PLS HELP! Thank you
