my powerpoint generated error when i tried to run it.
therefore, i tried to reinstall it by uninstall and
reinstall it. however, the process ended prematurely and
appeaered a message saying "The I/O operation has been
aborted because of either a thread exit or an application
request." what can i do to reinstall it
