I have all outlook 2003 clients and Exchange 2003 Server, I set up a resource
called conferenceroom but anyone can schedule and it will show it as busy but
it won't reject it . So you can keep scheduling events one on top of the
other and the will not reject. I set to reject in the calender options for
the resource only should I do it somewhere else
