Unable to remove and add Microsoft Office 2007

I was trying to remove Microsoft Office 2007 so I could install Microsoft
Expression Web Deisgn as instructed on the web for Microsoft Expression Web
Deisgn. I get a message that Microsoft Office 2007 can not remove because it
is corrupted and it will not let me reintall it either,
