Unable to remove Beta 2 Kit Office 2007

Michael

Installed Office System Beta 2 Kit 2007 Trial Version from program disk
(including Professional Plus 2007, Sharepoint Designer, Visio Professional,
Project Professional, OneNote, and Groove 2007) on Nov-13-2007.
Unfortunately, the Trial Version 2007 Office expires on dated Feb-01-2007.

I just tried the information you provided of msiexec /uninstall
{30120000-001F-040C-0000-0000000FF1CE} for more than 11 times, didn't help.

From c:\windows\installer folder contains following sub-folders;

{30120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE},
{30120000-0017-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE},
{30120000-003B-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE},
{30120000-0051-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE},
{30120000-006E-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE},
{30120000-00A1-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}, and
{30120000-00BA-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}.

Even I run the command prompt of msiexec /uninstall + 7 sub-folders name,
it's not working as well. Seeing "Gathering Required information......" in
progress from 0% to 50%, then demote from 100% to 0%. It properly means
uninstall is failed again.

Besides, from c:\windowns\installer folder also contains following 18 msi
office 2007 files;

1cc322 / 1cc32a / 1cc2c8 / 1cc357 / 1cc31a / 1cc307 / 1cc347 / 1cc34f /
1cc38b / 1cc3a8 / 1cc3bd / 1cc35f / 1cc2c0 / 1cc3f0 / 1cc3db / 1cc40d /
1cc422 / 1cc367.

As I mentioned in previous question, I run command prompt of msiexec.exe /x
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\1cc322.msi NOREMOVESPAWN=1, it's also not working.

Actually, there still remains 24 office 2007 products in Add/Remove programs
in control panel (3 of them shows 797 MB, 3 of them shows 736 MB, others
without size), no other office product. All of them don't have chance to
remove from Add/Remove Programs.

Everytimes, when I tried to click "my computer" or "IE"; then Office
Prorograms 2007 will automatic try to install.

However, this problem has already bother me since Feb-01-2007. I also posted
my questions in MS(Taiwan)>TechNet>Office for technical support, but without
positive response or solutions. I couldn't wait, then I decided to continue
to proceed remianing steps in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/928218/en-us.

According to the solution of
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/928218/en-us had been tried for
many times, the results were the same - unable to remove trial version from
my laptop. While install another Office 2007 (Chinese Tradition) has an error
occurred, then new installation was failure. That's proper means original
Beta 2 Kit (Trial Version) didn't be removed from my laptop.

All steps in Error Message 928218 had been performed, unfortunately, in the
step 2 7b~7d would be the main issues for me because had no any progress as
Step 2 7b~7d were tried many many times. Therefore, I believe that without
uninstalling Beta 2 Kit Office 12 would unable to install new office 2007
even others steps had been done.

As I mentioned above, most of steps had been proceeded in Error Message
928218; I even deleted 18 office msi installer files and 7 office folders in
windows\installer\ .

Anyhow, have any other solutions to remove Beta 2 2007 clearly?

I just reviewed your solutions and the only remaining in regedt32 - office12
has just been deleted from my laptop. Then, I tried to install office 2007
Trial Version 60 days (Chinese Tradition); the installation shows failure due
to some mistakes happened. I installed this Chinese Trial Version on my PC
last Saturday OK, then I am wondering might still have Beta 2 Kit Office 2007
inside somewhere of my laptop.

My question is how to complete remove (uninstall) Beta 2 office 2007 from my
laptop? As I mentioned in previous question, all the msi and folders in
Windows\installer had been deleted before (because uninstall unsuccessful);
and all the steps in 928218 had been done.

Do I have other chance to uninstall Beta 2 kit office 2007? Or Have others
solutions to clean Beta 2 Kit Office 2007 in my laptop?
