I am experiencing an issue with mail downloading to Outlook (2002 and 2003).
Remote users who use pst file delivery have an issue when the message does
not fully download from the server. Resultant header appears in their Inbox
but it cannot be removed since the email message no longer exists on the
server. How can this issue be resolved?
