Unable to Save to CD Drive

Migrated customer to SBS 2003 and Office 2003. Customer had a Powerpoint file
open and tried to do a File/Save of the presentation to a CD-RW. Used to
work before they were on Office 2003 with sbs2003 -- no longer can do. Any
ideas?

Yes, they can use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the file to copy to the
CD -- but tey used to just do "File/Save" and wonder why it no longer
works....me too.

Lucy and Bob -- appreciate the input.

I am still trying to figure out why it (File/Save to CD) was working, but
now is not.
No software was removed from the PC - it was simply joined to an SBS domain...

Thanks.

Best guess is the registry setting for the burning software is changed
or not being read. It could be user specific and the old profile is no
longer being used. I would suggest reinstalling the burning software to
make the desired features available.
