unable to search mail address book

Help! I am trying to use some fax software and every
time I try to print to the fax, I get the message "unable
to search mail address book - check mail configuration".
This is with ZetaFax. It has also happend with GFI fax
and several other software apps. I am sure it is a
config problem on Outlook but just can't seem to find
it. This works fine on quite a few other Win 98 boxes
just not on these two boxes. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled Office to no avail. Any suggestions would be
more than welcome!!!

What makes you think this is an Outlook problem?
You need to contact your third party software manufacturer and ask them how
and whether they have designed their product to integrate with the Outlook
Address Book, and if so, with which versions and which modes.
