Unable to see entire contents in form view

I have created a form and I can see the entire contents in the design. When i go to form view, I can only see the form header. What could be the possible reason for this ?

Are there any scroll bars either for Access or on the form?

Is the detail section Visible property set to true?

Can you see the footer and record navigation buttons at the bottom?
