unable to see images inline after SP1

help

installed SP1 on Windows 2003 Enterprise and now Outlook Express no longer
shows attached pictures inline for normal email messages

under options, security, the block images option is Unchecked

before SP1, images displayed normally when attached

is this a gpedit.msc setting change or outlook express setting ?

Ask in either a Windows Server 2003 or Outlook Express newsgroup.
