Unable to Send Attachments

Hello, ANY help would be greatly appreciated, I am getting desperate. For
the past 6 months I have had ongoing problems sending any form of attachment
in OE 6.0. My ISP said it is nothing on their end; Microsoft support was
stumped; I cannot upload attachments to Hotmail or my ISP's Webmail server.
I do not have any anti virus scanning; firewall is disabled; I get the time
out error (I have it at max).

I have lots of pictures to send friends but I can't. Any help? Anyone
brave enough to assist me via Remote Desktop? Please, any help would be
great!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
