Unable to "Send" e-mail.

When I am traveling and connect to a wireless access point or dial up a
connection through a phone line, I am able to receive e-mails plus data on
the web, but I am unable to "Send" any e-mails.

I have checked my wireless card and the connection settings and all seems to
be in good order.Nothing has changed in my e-mail account settings. Also, I
typically do not set up a profile for the wireless connection.

Thanks for the help.

You need to use an SMTP server on whatever network you are connecting to, or
use an SMTP server that will let you relay mail through it after
authenticating with your credentials. Perhaps the ISP you use for your POP
mail has an SMTP server you can authenticate to in your Outlook mail
settings - check with them.
