Unable to send email to a Group

Email Client: pop

When I try to send an email to a group I have created the message doesn't go and I get the following message:

<>: missing or malformed local part

Mail could not be sent

Error: -17099

What am I doing wrong?

This sounds like you may have a malformed E-mail address is your list.
Double-click you Group to open it and view the recipient list. Does
anything there look strange?

A standard address with a display name will be in the form of:

William Smith <[email protected]>

If the display name has a comma to separate Last name from First name
then you will need quotes around the display name:

"Smith, William" <[email protected]>

Look for missing angle brackets "<" and ">" or addresses that have been
munged together too.
