Hi,

One of our end users is having problems sending mail
outside our intranet. She uses Outlook 97 and receives
the below error whenever she tries to send external mail.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'[email protected]' on 12/15/04 10:45 AM
A restriction in the system prevented delivery of the
message.
The MTS-ID of the original message is:
c=US;a= ;p=Eng;l=EXCHANGE-041215154433Z-311311
MSEXCH:MSExchangeMTA:EH:EXCHANGE

Please help. Any suggestions and/or responses is
appreciated! thanks

You might ask in the Exchange newsgroups, rather than here. It is Exchange
that is not delivering the message and generating the error you're seeing.
