Unable to send invitation

I have 1 user that is unable to send a calendar invitation using Entourage
12.1.5 connected to an Exchange 2003 server. They are on a Macbook Pro, Mac
OS 10.5.6.

When creating a calendar event and clicking on the 'Invite' button the user
can add email addresses but the Invite button never changes to 'Send Now'.

I set up this user on a separate machine and it worked fine.

I tried emptying the cache for the calendar with no luck.

I have not yet tried emptying the cache for the entire account because of
time constraints.

My next thought is to reinstall all of Office.

Any thoughts?
