Unable to Send/Receive-0x800ccc0d Messaage

The title says it all. Neither my Hotmail nor my POP3 accts from cox.net are working for me . Outlook is unable to find server. I have re-set my email accounts, and crosschecked my info with my OE. Same datta, but Outlook S/R isn't working at all. I often send Word docs via email, and this just started happenning last week. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I tried running OL2002 in Safe Mode, still can't find server, and Send/Receive not working. I have also tried reloading the program; no change. I want my OL2002 back :'()

I had the same problem with OE. I turned off email scanning in Norton
Antivirus and everything works swimmingly now.
