After installing and running Spybot, I am unable to send or receive email on
my pop3 account. I tried the recovery function but it didn’t work. I am
running Windows XP and Office 2002. When I send a test email I am able to
establish a network connection, find incoming Mail Server pop3, occasionally
find outgoing mail server SMTP but it is not able to log on to incoming mail
server pop3. I have tried other mail accounts with other providers with the
same results. I have uninstalled the program but that did not work. What ever
it did after the first round of fixes for some reason can’t be undone. Any
suggestions? I am getting ready to reformat my entire hard drive. I am able
to access my email account through the web, but it is a royal pain in the
